“Farber’s music speaks to a generation caught between struggle and self-discovery—young, driven, and unapologetically real.”

FARBER

Farber (Farber Moody-LaLonde) is a rising force in the emo rap, pop, and trap music scene, blending raw emotion with rhythmic precision and lyrical fire. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, and raised between the vibrant streets of Northern Chicago and the laid-back vibes of the California Bay Area, his music reflects a fusion of regional influences and personal evolution.

Drawing inspiration from genre-defining artists like Juice WRLD, The Kid LAROI, and Kendrick Lamar, Farber weaves introspective lyrics with soulful melodies and sharp-edged flows. His sound is both fresh and familiar—anchored in hip-hop but laced with R&B smoothness and a drummer’s deep sense of groove.

Farber’s musical roots run deep. He started out behind the kit as a drummer and sharpened his lyrical skills in rapid-fire chopper rap battles. That background gave him a unique edge: a producer’s ear with a rapper’s voice. Every beat, verse, and hook he drops is crafted from scratch in his home studio in Alameda, CA, where he handles all aspects of production himself.
